All rates are double occupancy, per night and are subject to change without notice. Additional per person charge in a room is $15 for children under 15 and $30 for each additional adult 16 and over.



Check In / Out
Check in is at 3:00pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8:00pm so that we may leave a key for you. Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations and No Shows
If you cancel 14 days or more before your stay, we will charge you an administration fee of $25 per room per night of your booked stay. If you cancel between 2 days and 13 days of your stay we will charge you 50% of your full stay. If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay we will charge you for your full stay.

Children
Our Bed and Breakfast is not appropriate for young children; many of our guests are looking for a quiet getaway. Well-behaved children over the age of 8 are welcome in our home, however we do not provide a special children's menu at breakfast.
